As a mentally healthy school we see positive mental health and wellbeing as fundamental to our values, mission and culture. We are a school where child, staff and parent/carer mental health and wellbeing is seen as ‘everybody’s business’.
Mental health is defined as a state of wellbeing in which every individual recognises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her own community. World Health Organisation, August 2014
We've update this page to gather together a range of resources to help and support your Mental Health and Wellbeing and to help you support your children.
